Management Essentials is a 4-month leadership development experience that focuses on both the mindset and skills required to transition to an effective and collaborative leader.
Management Essentials is designed to support team members transition from individual contributor to leader.
Why is this important?
From my personal experience leading corporate teams, project teams, and my home team, I know that the transition from individual contributor to leader is one of the most challenging transitions we will face in our careers.
To lead others requires that we know ourselves in a way not previously necessary. We must know how our own moods, emotions, and behaviors affect our team members.
Management Essentials focuses on teaching participants four conversations necessary to manage a team while introducing the 4 questions that every team member wants to know the answer to. Management Essentials teaches individuals how to become empowered leaders by collaborating and inspiring their teams.
Who is it for?
The course is for newly promoted team members and anyone looking to increase their confidence as a leader:
Front Line Leaders
Project Leaders
Individual Contributors / Team Members
