Lead with Impact is a 6 month leadership development experience that focuses on both the mindset and skills required to be an effective and inspiring leader.
Lead with Impact, an immersive learning journey, consists of five modules delivered face to face or virtually over six months. Each module includes prework, learning materials, practice opportunities and reflection exercises specific to each topic.
Why is this important?
From my personal experience leading corporate teams, project teams, and my home team, I know that to step into our leadership role fully, we need to develop our ability to build and repair trust, increase our conversational capacity and ask for the support we need.
To lead others requires that we know ourselves in a way not previously necessary. We must know how our own moods, emotions, and behaviors affect our team members.
From setting goals, diagnosing development level and asking for the support and direction we need, Lead with Impact teaches individuals how to become empowered leaders by challenging assume constraints and activating points of power.
Who is it for?
The course is for anyone looking to increase their confidence as a leader:
Executive Leaders
Mid-level Leaders
Front Line Leaders
Project Leaders
Individual Contributors / Team Members
Administrators & Support Staff

Module 2: Mental Fitness Intensive
Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice.
This 6-week intensive delivers 1.5 hours of asynchronous learning content combined with 1 hour of in-person instruction every week enabling participants to increase their capacity to learn new skills.
15 hours
Module 3: Building Trust
We know how important trust is in every relationship. The Building Trust program can help your leaders and their team members learn how to build trust in the workplace and repair it when it’s broken.
With the Building Trust program, individuals can understand the impact of their behaviors on building or eroding trust and identify those aspects that need attention to develop and maintain trusting relationships.
