Participants will build team goals, norms and training practices for improved engagement and leverage organizational values to motivate and inspire.
Module 2: Managing Expectations & Recognition
Building upon the goal setting framework from Lead with Impact I, this session will allow participants to review, create and communicate goals for their specific departments and understand the interdependencies throughout the organization. Participants will also discover the hidden power of recognition as a tool to align and inspire their teams.
