360 Leadership Assessment
The assessment process is designed to ensure that participants achieve the maximum benefit in understanding their personal leadership strengths and opportunities for developing their capabilities in the context of business goals and organizational culture.
360 Assessment Survey
The participant, direct reports, peers, and supervisor are provided with an online link to the quantitative 360 assessment. Interviews are conducted with a sample of direct reports & peers along with the supervisor to gather qualitative data and supporting examples of leadership behaviors, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Leadership Assessment Report
A custom report that integrates information from all the assessments and our interactive session.
This in-person conversation is designed to gain further insights, debrief the assessment, and covers a review of their background, plus key career milestones, successes, and challenges.
I partner with Blanchard® to provide a wide range of leadership training through face to face and virtual facilitation as well as Blanchard’s Digital Learning Journeys. This mix of delivery methods allows for world-class leadership development experiences, curated for leaders at different levels, in a flexible, scalable, self-paced format. They let you reach learners across time zones and geographies, giving them a unified, consistent learning experience.

Leading with Empathy
Leading with Empathy is based on the leadership book Inside Out Empathy by Erin Thorp and explores how to leverage the power of empathy to build, develop and inspire high-performing teams. Participants build skills in all 4 areas of emotional intelligence – Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management.
Once the Assessments are completed and compiled, and coursework underway, I work closely with the leader and participant to ensure a comprehensive development program is in place to support participants in creating sustainable results.
A 90 minute alignment session to confirm development areas, objectives and success measures based on assessment data and reports. A customized development plan will be utilized to track and monitor progress through the program.
Implementation Support Sessions
2 customized support sessions per month allow the participant and coach to tackle immediate challenges and work through the cycles of development. Participants will leave each session with a new exercise designed to deepen skills.
A 90 minute closing conversation includes a reflection and acknowledgement of progress. Exploring what worked well and what support might be required to continue to sustain and build capabilities is the main focus of this session.
