Learning Journey - Leading Self
Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice.
This 6-week intensive delivers 1.5 hours of asynchronous learning content combined with 1 hour of in-person instruction every week enabling participants to increase their capacity to learn new skills.

Learning Journey - Leading Others
Leaders learn a new language for leadership that increases the quality and quantity of conversations with team members. This accelerates employee development, increases performance, and supports autonomy.

Evaluation Workshops
The evaluation workshops are the final step in completing this course. Participants are provided leadership scenarios in which they much apply the mindset, skills and tools learned in the course in order to successfully navigate. A debrief with the instructor and feedback are provided.

Hi, I’m Erin Thorp.
I’m an Author, Speaker, and Coach for leaders who struggle with conflict, communication, and performance during high-stress times. I support them in navigating difficult conversations, building powerful teams, and communicating with empathy so that they can lead confidently.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary, am an Associate Certified Coach through Integral Coaching Canada and have over 20 years of experience leading construction projects and teams.
In 2017, I authored Inside Out Empathy, and began speaking and coaching about using the superpower of empathy to build effective teams. I share my own stories of leadership and what I learned along the way. It's the book I wish I had when I was just starting out.
